1. Place order, what happens?
   • Wait for the payment page to load.
   • On success:
     • Download files within 5 minutes.
     • Receive a confirmation email.
   • If status shows “Pending” or “Cancelled”:
     • Don’t worry! We’ll update it within 8 hours.

   • Go to your Dashboard → Profile (top-right corner).
   • Direct links:

3. Files are incomplete/missing?
   • Incomplete download?
     → Contact us to verify file size → Redownload one file at a time.
   • Unable to download?
     → Try changing a browser or computer and check the Chrome settings..
   • Extraction error?
     → Follow the extraction guide below ⬇️

📦 Extracting Files

4. How to open downloaded files?
   Files are compressed (WinRAR/Zip/7z). Steps:
   1. Install WinRAR:
      • Windows
      • MacOS
   2. Right-click the file → “Extract to…”.
